  1. PAYMENT WILL BE CASH, CREDIT CARD OR GOOD CHECK. IF PAYING BY CHECK, FOR PURCHASES IN EXCESS OF $5000, A LETTER OF CREDIT/REFERENCE FROM THE BUYERS BANKING INSTITUTION WILL BE REQUIRED.
  2. WHEN THE AUCTIONEER DECLARES “SOLD” AND UPON FULL PAYMENT, THE PROPERTY BELONGS TO WINNING BIDDER AND IS HIS/HER RESPONSIBILITY. POWERS RANCH OR MH BAR AUCTIONS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FIRE, WIND, THEFT OR VANDALISM.
  3. FINAL TIME FOR REMOVAL WILL BE NO LATER THAN JUNE 1ST, 2014.
  4. PURCHASER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE BEFORE BEGINNING REMOVAL PROCESS.

  7. A $100 DOLLAR CLEANUP DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL BUILDING PURCHASES. ALL TRASH AND WASTE OCCURING DURING THE REMOVAL PROCESS (NOT INCLUDING CONCRETE & FOUNDATIONS), WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER AND MUST BE DISPOSED OF PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF THE REMOVAL PROJECT. DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON COMPLETION OF REMOVAL AND INSPECTION OF REMOVAL SITE.
